1. Economic Reforms & Infrastructure Development
Economic Diversification: Shifted focus from oil dependency to agriculture and mining. Launched the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP).
Infrastructure:
o Railway Revival: Lagos–Ibadan railway, Abuja–Kaduna rail, Itakpe–Warri rail line (abandoned for 30+ years).

Whistleblower Policy: Led to the recovery of funds and exposure of corrupt practices.
• Prosecution: Numerous high-profile cases were investigated and prosecuted through EFCC/ICPC.
Treasury Single Account (TSA): Strengthened financial transparency and accountability.

Boko Haram: Significantly weakened from their 2015 strength; regained control of many territories.
Military Investment: Procurement of aircraft, vehicles, and drones for counterterrorism.
Regional Collaboration: Strengthened cooperation with Niger, Chad, and Cameroon against insurgents.
Infrastructure for Security: Launch of Nigeria Police Trust Fund, modernization of police equipment.

National Social Investment Programme (NSIP):
